🛫 Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- Orders with customized or print-on-demand products may take longer (3–7 business days).

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout:

📦 Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We ship via trusted carriers such as CJPacket, Yanwen, 4PX, and others. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track your order via:
🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders
- If your order hasn’t arrived within:
- 45 days (USA)
- 60 days (other countries)
Please contact us, and we’ll file a dispute with CJdropshipping.
- For CJPacket Sensitive or Special Lines, the maximum wait is 100 days.
If confirmed lost or undelivered, we will offer a refund or resend at no extra cost to you.
📷 Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives with:
- Damaged items
- Missing products
- Wrong product received
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery (7 days for electronics), with:
- Photos or videos of the package and product
- Order number and issue details
We’ll immediately open a dispute with CJ and follow up with a refund or resend.
🔁 Return Shipping
Please note:
- We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
- Returns must be approved before sending anything back.
